RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unhappy with the product you’ve received, no problem — you can send the item back for a full refund. The return period is 14 days and starts as soon as you receive your order. Please bear in mind that only unopened and unused goods can be the object of a refund (read “How do returns work?” to proceed with the return). Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning the goods, therefore, this expense won’t be reimbursed.

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?
To exercise your right to withdrawal and receive a full refund you must notify us within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (including your order number and date of purchase, your full name, and your address) and we will get back to you with the instructions on how to process the return and get refunded.
WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Your refund will be released as soon as the return has been processed. The funds will be returned to the account or card used for the purchase. Please note that credit card refunds can take longer to process, and while we work as quickly as possible, individual banks may take more time to process repayments.
