What are the delivery costs?

The delivery costs to mainland France, Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Monaco are ₹250. Free delivery of orders from ₹2,500 purchase.

The delivery costs to Andora, Lichtenstein, Norway, Saint-Marin, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Estonia, Ireland, Isle of Man, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, San Marino are ₹500. Free delivery of orders from ₹5,000 purchase.

The delivery costs to Mayotte, La Reunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Martin, French Guyana, Ocaenia, Australia, North America, Africa, Asia, rest of Europe are ₹1,000. Free delivery of orders from ₹5,000 purchase.

What are the different payment methods?

On our e-shop, you can pay using one of the following payment method: Credit card (VISA, Mastercard), Debit card, Internet Banking.

What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within about 2 days of placing your order and it takes between 2-4 days to deliver depending on your city of delivery.

How can I use a promotional discount code?

You can use only ne promotional discount code per order, it is unfortunately not possible to combine one discount code with another one. Once you have added the products in your cart, you can add your discount code in the box provided for that purpose. Click on ”apply discount code” and the total of your basket will automatically get updated. Don’t forget to apply your discount code prior to finalizing your order. Once the order is placed, you won’t be able to modify it.
